What is the environment like? +

Supportive and judgment-free. Our signature classes are capped at just 12 people to keep things close-knit, highly personal, and accountable - ideal for staying consistent.

Are walk-ins allowed? +

No external walk-ins are permitted during classes. This ensures the studio stays completely private, comfortable, and focused entirely on the members.

Can I modify the exercises if I have an injury? +

Absolutely. Our progressive-overload strength classes, Pilates, and yoga are led by expert trainers who provide safe, scalable alternatives for complex movements so you can train safely.

Do I need a membership? +

You can try an intro session first, and then choose between flexible class packs or recurring memberships (which offer the best ongoing value!).
