Can I join if I've never tried these workouts? +

Absolutely. We specialize in teaching all levels with props and safe modifications. Our Calgary Moms & Baby Workout classes are designed to build your core strength and mobility gradually, at your own pace.

What should I bring to the studio? +

We provide all the equipment including mats and props. We recommend bringing a water bottle for yourself and anything your baby might need to stay comfortable during the 45-minute session.

Is this class designed specifically for postpartum recovery? +

Yes. Our expert instructors focus specifically on safe postpartum recovery including core restoration, closing the diastasis recti, and building shoulder strength for carrying your little one.

Can I attend without my baby? +

Yes! While we are the most baby-friendly studio in Calgary's Beltline, some moms prefer a solo session for a focused workout, and you are 100% welcome.

What if my baby cries during the session? +

It's a baby-friendly space—crying, feeding, and diaper changes are 100% normal. This is a judgment-free community where every mom is in the same boat. Just stop and soothe your baby whenever you need.
