Two sessions a week: a Thursday evening block and a Saturday morning block, both in the green space behind Peter Lougheed Museum. Tempo runs, agility drills, and bodyweight power work. Common Questions

Everything you need to know before your first outdoor class.

What happens if it rains? +

Our outdoor classes are weather dependent. If we need to cancel for safety (heavy rain, lightning, smoke, etc.), you'll be notified by email or text the day of, and your class will be credited back to your pack so it doesn't get used up.

Do I need to book each class ahead of time? +

Yes, please book ahead so the coach knows how many people to expect and can scale equipment and warm-up appropriately. Walk-ins are welcome only if there's space available.

Are these classes really for all fitness levels? +

Yes. Every interval, hill, and drill scales. Runners chasing a marathon PB and lifters on a deload week train next to people who haven't run in years. Modifications are coached on the fly so the workout fits you, not the other way around.

I'm a runner / lifter / sport athlete. Will this actually challenge me? +

Yes. Programming progresses week over week so you can track output: faster splits on the hill, longer tempo intervals, cleaner mechanics on the drills. If you're already training hard, this is a smart conditioning add that won't blow up your recovery. If you're newer, the same session meets you where you are.

I haven't run in years. Should I still come? +

Yes. The point is to build the engine over the season, not to perform on day one. Walk the hill while others sprint it, jog where others run, catch your breath when you need it. Most members surprise themselves by how much fitter they feel a few weeks in.

How long do I have to use my pack? +

Your pack is valid for the full outdoor season. Bootcamp runs twice a week (Thursdays and Saturdays) from June through the first week of September, and Triple Threat runs every Tuesday from June through the last week of September. That's around 46 classes across the season, all covered by the Season Pass.

Can I share my pack with a friend or partner? +

Packs are non-transferable. But the Intro Class at $5 is a perfect way to bring a friend along for their first session at our lowest possible rate.

What should I bring to class? +

Water, comfortable workout clothes, proper running shoes, and a yoga mat. Both classes use mats for core work and stretching. Triple Threat needs running shoes for the hill sprints and stairs. We provide resistance bands and small weights for Bootcamp.

What if I'm late or have to leave early? +

Just let the coach know. If you arrive within the first 10 minutes, we can scale you in. After 10 minutes, we won't be able to let you train. Skipping the warm-up is genuinely more dangerous than missing class. Cold joints plus high-intensity outdoor work is how people get hurt, and we'd rather see you next session than see you injured.

Ready to Train Outside?

Grab a class and just show up. We'll handle the rest.
